What is a real limitation of the studio?
We do not cover litigation strategy, collective bargaining negotiations, or jurisdiction-specific court advocacy. Works council coordination is introduced at a high level only; employers needing deep co-determination practice should arrange separate specialist training.
How are sessions delivered?
Live online cohorts with downloadable worksheets. Optional in-person intensives in Niedersachsen are scheduled a few times per year.
