Refund policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy explains refund eligibility for Datacache Core programs. Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply.

Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel a live cohort enrollment at least 14 days before the first facilitated session and no downloadable cohort pack has been unlocked for your seat. Self-paced Clause Atlas purchases may be refunded within 14 days if fewer than two annotated packs have been downloaded.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 13 and 5 days before the first live session, we may offer a 50% partial refund or a transfer to a later cohort. Cancellations inside five days are generally not refundable, though we will consider documented medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Non-refundable items

Custom Desk Cohort design work already delivered, privately prepared scenario packs, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable. Third-party venue costs for in-person intensives are non-refundable once booked.

Refund process

Email hello@datacache-core.digital with your enrollment reference, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used on the invoice. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

Cancellation by Datacache Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free move to another date. If a facilitator change occurs, you may cancel for a full refund before the second session.

Exceptions

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to a distance contract for consumers, that right prevails over this policy for the covered period. Digital content unlocked with your prior consent may affect cooling-off eligibility as described in your enrollment confirmation.
